Terms & Conditions

  1. The warranty period begins from the invoice date. All warranty claims must be filed through the company

  2. In the event that the warranty card/invoice is not presented during a warranty claim, the Company is not obliged to honor the warranty.

  3. The Company reserves the right to replace defective parts of a component of the product rather than the whole component.

  4. All products carry a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty valid within the United Arab Emirates only, unless specified otherwise.

  5. During the warranty period, your product will not be repaired free of charge in the unlikely event of a failure due to faulty materials and workmanship.

  6. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, improper storage, external damage due to normal wear and tear, cabinet, accessories, remote control, fuses, knobs, bulbs, glass and exteriors, and performance failure caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, or any "act of God."

  7. In the event that the product sustains damage or defects attributable to abnormal voltage from the power supply or if the power supply received by the product originates from a generator set, the responsibility for such consequences shall lie with the party.

  8. The warranty is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, unauthorized alterations or repairs carried out by persons not authorized by the manufacturer. The user should strictly adhere to all instructions included in the user manual and abstain from any actions or uses that are deemed unnecessary or warned against in the user manual.

  9. Where a repair is not possible or feasible, the product may be replaced with a new or refurbished product at our discretion, and the warranty will continue from the date of the original purchase.

  10. If the product is reported as Dead on Arrival or has an Out of the Box fault, our service team will inspect the product to assess whether it should be repaired or replaced.

  11. Free gifts given with any purchased product are not covered under warranty.

  12. A product under warranty that was installed at the user's site by GEO Electricals can be collected and returned by our service team, if needed, at no collection/delivery cost to the user. All other products must be brought to our Service Center by the user or may be collected and returned, upon request, by our service team at the user's cost.

  13. Compressors, as spare parts for refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners, are covered under warranty for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase. After the year of the warranty, compressor replacement labor charges and refrigerant gas cost will be borne by the user.

  14. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable.

  15. We reserve the right to make changes to these conditions at any time. You will be subject to the conditions in force at the time of your purchase unless any change to these conditions is required by law or a government authority (in which case it will apply to previously placed orders). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.

  16. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

  17. The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity, and all aspects of these conditions shall be governed by UAE laws. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE.

  18. All warranty claims must be filed through the Company or our authorized dealer/retailer.

  19. Under the following circumstances, service and parts will be chargeable even within the warranty period:

    1. Failure to present the warranty card during a claim.
    2. Full particulars not clearly shown or alterations made to the actual information, such as alteration of the purchase date, serial number, or removal of the nameplate, or if the warranty card lacks GEO endorsement.
    3. Unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification carried out on the unit.
    4. Damage caused to the product during transit.
    5. Damage or defects caused by household pests, such as lizards, rats, cockroaches, ants, or bird nests.
    6. Damage or defects caused by natural causes such as fire, flood, or lightning.
    7. Damage or defects caused by chemical reaction, excessive heat, excessive dust, or a corrosive environment, such as cement factories or seaside areas.
    8. Damage or defects caused by abnormal voltage or if the incoming power supply to the product is from a generator set.

  20. There is no warranty for batteries, electrostatic filters, and carbon active filters.

  21. Other than the warranty stated herein, the Company, its affiliates, and the manufacturer will not be liable for any damage or injury caused directly or indirectly by the Product or any part thereof, or any use thereof.

  22. Warranty is void when the Product is removed or relocated from the original installation site.

  23. The standard product warranty does not cover labor costs involved in the removal of defective parts, installation of new parts, or any service charges

  24. All warranties not expressly stated herein, whether implied by law or statute, are hereby expressly excluded.
